Refund policy

We accept product returns if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please email us at info@doyas.com.au with your name and order number to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original postage fees are non-refundable.
